Experience

I loved the Urban Movement Arts House Dip. It was a very small class that had a very good difficulty curve as there were a lot of progressions that built up to the more difficult progressions. Vince provided a lot of iterations and was able to show different iterations or mindsets to help you learn the move. He was very good at explaining what are the typical pitfalls of a movement and how to avoid these pitfalls. In addition to providing various different exercises to help mix up timings and flow moves easily from one to the other.

I will say as an obese dude it is a cardio workout and I was very tired and sore after every class. Which felt fantastic but my hamstrings were really sore after each class. Vince was able to provide some hamstring stretches that helped a lot. So remember to stretch.

The typical structure of a class was jack/jack variations, some combos from the previous week, stretch, and reviewing/learning more vocabulary.
